Ranwell POS Subscription & Trial Terms

These Terms govern access to Ranwell POS trials and paid subscriptions. Customers must provide accurate registration and billing information, keep administrator credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and ensure staff access is authorised. Subscription fees are due for the selected billing period. Service access may be restricted after expiry or non-payment, but customer business data is not intentionally deleted solely because a subscription is suspended. Customers remain responsible for their own business records, tax obligations, backups or exports required by law, and appropriate use of the POS. Ranwell may maintain, secure and update the shared platform to protect service reliability. Support, renewal and cancellation are handled through the customer billing portal and published support channels. By accepting these Terms, the customer confirms authority to act for the registered business and agrees to the current policy versions displayed at signup.
